Western Kansas Access
The Southwest Kansas Access Group met from September 2002 through March 2003 to consider issues related to access to advanced higher education in Southwest Kansas. A proposal was recommended to the Board in April 2003.

• KAN-ED Network is a broadband technology-based network to which school, libraries and hospitals may connect for broadband internet access and intranet access for distance learning. KAN-ED was established by statute (75-7223)
