Director of Academic Services
Dr. Roxanne Kelly

Dr. Roxanne Kelly completed her doctoral work at Seattle University obtaining an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Administration. She also holds an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from City University. Roxanne also participated as a Washington State ACE Leadership Fellow. Prior to coming to the Kansas Board of Regents as Director of Academic Services, Roxanne served i8n a variety of academic and administrative positions. She was the Dean of Instruction for Flint Hills Technical College in Emporia Kansas for two and a half years. Before moving to Kansas, Roxanne taught a number of courses at the community college and technical school level and later served as a senior faculty member, Dean of the Albright School of Education, Academic Dean and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs at City University headquartered in Bellevue Washingtonn with locations around the world.

Roxanne assumed the position of Director of Academic Services in August of 2004.
