Associate Director for Technical Education
Carolyn Olson, M.S.

Carolyn Olson received a Masters Degree in Adult and Occupational Education from Kansas State University. She served as administrator of the Nontraditional Study Program at KSU. Following seven years as an adult educator, she was employed at the Kansas State Department of Education for 22 years prior to being transferred to KBOR in July 2001. At KSDE, she was a member of the Technical Education Team where she has administered programs for special population students, served as State Planner, and worked to infuse Tech Prep into as many education entities as possible.

Carolyn came to KBOR when Career and technical Education was transferred from KSDE.
