FY 08 Secondary Nontradional Fields Grant RFP, Application & Forms
Disclaimer: "This office will only accept application forms that are sent back in the original format as presented, which is MS Word.  Documents sent back in any other form will not be accepted and will disqualify your application from consideration.  Submissions of any other document types will not be processed."

As part of the application and grant reporting process each of the sections/forms to be completed are separate documents set up as Word templates that can be:

1.   Opened
2.   Completed
3.   Saved and
4.   Submitted electronically by attaching the completed documents to an email to be sent to pgreene@ksbor.org

Instructions for Completing Forms
Abbreviations may be used
Forms requiring signatures may initially be submitted using electronic signatures; however, hardcopies of the signature pages only with original signatures must also be mailed to Dr. Altwegg.
To use the template forms:

1. Open the form and use the TAB key to navigate between the fields requiring information as each form is completed.
If using an electronic signiature, go to View - Toolbars and click on Forms. A new small toolbar appears. Click on the "Lock" on the right end of the bar to unlock form. Place the signature then relock for easy navigation.

2. Once each form has been completed, use the “Save As” feature to save and rename the document on your computer.

3. Attach forms and email them to Pam Greene.

The only exceptions are those budget pages which are formatted in Excel.

When completing the Excel budget pages:

1. Open the spreadsheet.

2. Fill in the information as you would any other spreadsheet.

3. Use the “Save As” feature to save and rename the document on your computer.

4. Attach forms and email them to Pam Greene.

Please be sure to check the list of grant application materials to be sure all of the required documents are being submitted.
