KANSAS BOARD OF REGENTS
PRIVATE POSTSECONDARY REGULATOR

The Board of Regents invites nominations and applications for the position of Regulator in the Academic Affairs, Private Postsecondary unit. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Private Postsecondary Education and Adult Testing and work with the Private Postsecondary team to assist with regulating, maintaining and evaluating private and out-of-state postsecondary institutions including: facilitating standards for school administrative capacity, protecting consumers’ rights, ensuring program quality, operational and financial integrity. This includes consulting with postsecondary school representatives and other state agency personnel regarding programs for new and emerging occupations.

Candidates must have a master degree and a minimum of three years of regulation experience in a relevant field. Well-developed interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and proven analytical skills a must.

Salary range is $50,000-$55,000.

KANSAS BOARD OF REGENTS
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR FOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

The Board of Regents invites nominations and applications for the position of Associate Director for Workforce Development. This position assists the Director of Workforce Training and Education to implement statewide activities related to the integration of technical and adult education. The Associate Director will coordinate/communicate with institutions and partnering agencies to implement and scale the multiple strategies supporting this integration. Additionally, the Associate Director will support other strategic initiatives as further defined by the Regents and Technical Education Authority. Strong analytic, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required along with an acute understanding of workforce development and an ability to work with multiple agencies and constituents. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
