Instructions for Completing Forms:

• An electronic copy of the complete application packet (one PDF document preferred) must be submitted to state-federal-grants@ksbor.org by the designated due date.
• Please be sure to check the list of grant application materials to be sure all of the required documents are being submitted including letter from B & I Partner(s).
• Questions regarding grant content or requirements should be sent to state-federal-grants@ksbor.org.
• Forms requiring signatures may initially be submitted using electronic signatures; however, hardcopies of the signature pages with original signatures must also be mailed to:
