VTSA Companies Authorized through the Kansas Board of Regents Plan
I. The following companies can be selected by new faculty and staff at the state universities for their 403(b) pre-tax voluntary retirement plan contributions.  Additionally, the following companies (except as noted below) are the only companies that can be selected for 403(b) Roth voluntary retirement plan contributions.

III. The following companies are designated as non-approved investment providers as of 12/31/08, as they did not or could not agree to the provisions of KBOR 's third party administrator, Planwithease.com, to sign the KBOR information sharing agreement and to provide data electronically. These companies did not respond or did not respond with complete information to three separate 2008 mailings, sent in July, October and November.

The non-approved companies that have returned the KBOR information sharing agreement and related information are designated with an +.
