The Governor's Council on Education brings together stakeholders in the education, child welfare, labor, advocacy, and the businesses community to improve our schools, enhance workforce development, and stimulate economic growth in Kansas.
The Council will:
- Work together to develop plans to improve the education outcomes in Kansas
- Look for ways to improve early childhood opportunities, create productive relationship between the education and business communities, promote an entrepenurial economy and develop partnerships to address the workforce needs of Kansas businesses
