Fort Hays State University Presidential Finalists Selected
(Topeka, Kansas) - The Fort Hays State University Presidential Search Committee announces five individuals have been selected as presidential finalists and will now interview on the Fort Hays State University campus over the next three weeks, beginning Monday, March 24.
During each interview, the candidate will tour the campus and interact with various Fort Hays State University constituent groups. A portion of each campus interview will be open to the public.

Following campus visits, the Kansas Board of Regents will conduct interviews and make the final selection. The new President will assume office on or about July 1, 2014.

The nine-member Kansas Board of Regents, founded in 1925 and established in the Kansas Constitution, is the governing board of the six state universities and the statewide coordinating board for the state’s 32 public higher education institutions (six state universities, one municipal university, nineteen community colleges, and six technical colleges).
